Most of the operational pain we see comes from three gaps: no reproducible environments, no visibility when something degrades, and no one owning the cost line. None of those are hard to fix early, and all are expensive to fix late.
We set up CI with real gates — typecheck, lint, tests, build — preview environments per branch, and production deploys that can be rolled back. Containerised where it helps, serverless where it is cheaper, and honest about which is which.
We deploy on Vercel, Cloudflare, AWS, and Supabase day to day, and we will tell you when the platform you are on is the actual problem.
